I can't say enough good things about Mike Zaino of The Zaino Group. Recently, I attended a union sanctioned retirement seminar sponsored by AFGE which Mike was the presenter. He provided a lot of important, sometime complex, information in a confidence, calm knowledgeable manner which everyone could understand. I took advantage of the free one-on-one counseling session which resulted in multiple sessions via zoom, texts and phone calls. His ability to navigate and make changes through my Thrift Saving Plan (TSP) account with my consent was flawless. When paperwork/documents arrived converting my TSP to another financial institution, Mike was there to answer all my questions in a timely, friendly manner, always - no matter how many times I contacted him. When things took too long to come together, Mike intervene on my behalf via three-way calls and emails. I tell everyone I meet that Mike is the best and they should attend one of these seminars prior to their retirement. As a result of Mike's efforts, I know I am financially in a great place. He was better than my bank's Financial Advisors. Kudos to Mike! Keep of the great work as it is greatly appreciated.

Mike is a great communicator. I have been to numerous retirement workshops that he has presented about the US Postal Service. I admire his dedication to helping postal employees to navigate thru the processes in order to maximize the benefits offered. I consulted with him when it came time for my retirement packet to be completed. He was very patient with all the questions I had about the best path to take. I attended Mike Zaino's Retirement Workshop and found it to be informative and entertaining. Many of these seminars are boring and sleep inducing, but not Mike's.
