I emailed and called them and nobody responded until 3 days later. I couldn’t log in nor access the class. I asked for a refund of my $10. They lied and said that I had taken the class. I screenshot everything proving that I didn’t. I hope they choke on the money since they refused a refund on the second day. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If I could give them zero stars I would. The support system is non existent.

I was recommended by a coworker of mine to take the online flight and critical care review course to help me prepare to take the FPC and let me tell you, this course did not disappoint! The course was organized by unit and very easy to navigate. Not to mention this course is all self-paced and manageable to complete within a month or so working full time and being a full time student as well. The information included in the course was about as accurate as you’re going to find as to what you will be tested on. I had originally bought the IA Med book with full intentions to purchase their online review course, however, I found numerous errors in their book and did not want to waste my time (or money) studying the wrong material. I am very fortunate that my coworker recommended this course, as I believe that it is the reason that I was successful on passing the test! This course will more than adequately prepare you to take the FPC. 11/10 highly recommend.

I had to take the psychomotor portion (practical) for my NR EMT. I was an atypical situation because I had an expired EMT Original from NY and needed to go to NR EMT to then transfer to NC if I did not want to take a whole new original class. I took my online refresher and needed to take the hands on component for NR EMT. The problem was, no one in NC seemed to understand what I was trying to do, especially the NC OEMS which was frustrating and annoying. 911 elearning actually took more than five seconds to listen to me and see what it was I needed to do, and in less than a week or so, I was in their facility taking my practical hands on portion and it was sent right off to NR EMT and now I am certified through NR and NC. Amazing how much something can be accomplished when people like those at 911 elearning take the time to actually listen to your questions. The owner, Kelly, sat with me personally and reached out to NR to make sure we were able to fulfill their requirements, and followed up with me throughout the process. A great place that I will use for refresher courses for sure! The staff was more like a family and I felt like I knew them for quite some time even though I was only their for a day! I highly recommend!
