Honestly, I could have just gone with TurboTax. I was patient, but the lack of communication was frustrating. When I sent a couple of emails regarding the status ( a couple of days apart), the email response was cold and did not directly answer my question. I made poor decisions last year, but it makes me wonder if they even cared to truly help us out on our return. Since it's local, I was hoping for someone to schedule a meeting to review the returns. I think I marked that on my intake form (can't remember). It seems as though others had a better experience. Unfortunately, I did not. They were able to provide a better return on my state returns, which is great.
