In less than a week, they were able to discuss my needs, send me the client intake form, get my will prepared and had me in to sign the originals which made that was one less thing for me to worry about. Granted, my will is not that complicated, but they were thorough, friendly and expedient. They explained everything to me in terms that were easy to understand without talking down to me.
