Michelle has been doing my family's taxes for several years now, we are so grateful to have her. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She always answers all of my questions, regardless of how uneducated they may sound (I know very minimal about taxes). She always helps us to get the best refund and the questionnaire helps you remember things you otherwise would have forgotten. I can not speak more highly of her and her work. I now live in Fort Drum and with her online portal, I can do everything from my couch(added bonus).
