I have been coming here since 2010 and never had a issue with the previous owner. Now with this new management, he is rude, and has a nasty attitude when you call to ask about your taxes that he signed off on. His response is “we did our part” but not willing to help with a problem that was going on with my taxes or see what the problem was. But if I was willing to give more money he was going to try something else but couldn’t promise that it would still make it right. He is very fake and talks in circles. It’s your choice to use him, but if they are not done right , it’s all on you. So all I can say research people before you use them. This was the worse customer service I have ever seen. He really doesn’t deserve one star but that’s the only way I could tell about my experience.

We've gotten our taxes done here for years and loved them until I received an extremely rude call from Mel on August 9th telling me a check I wrote on July 9th had bounced and I owed them money. After loudly asking me what I was going to do about it and if I knew my account had been canceled I asked her what account she was referring to? That's when she told me the name on the account. She called the WRONG PERSON! If she isn't capable of calling and YELLING at the correct person I don't think I can trust them with my taxes. Rude and unprofessional. Who waits a month to cash a check anyway?
