This is the most unaccommodating mental health office I have ever been to. Information is never passed along if you make changes to appointments or meds. I know this place only charges pennies on the dollar if you don't have insurance but that's not an excuse to offer such garbage service. Do better or find a new line of work.

Dr. Pete is the best. He listens, provides great information and takes time to interact with the patient (child). Support has been a great resource in managing my child's ADHD. They don't push you; instead, they involve parents in the decision making.

The interview process was very long for a child with behavioral problems in a room with nothing but a computer, chairs, and a table. Once the interview was done we were told we should receive results in a week or less. 2 1/2 weeks later we had heard nothing at all, had called and left more than a dozen messages with no response at all. We only got a copy of the results because I went to the office and asked the receptionist for a copy. I then called our schools mental health coordinator who finally got someone to call us back to schedule a results meeting. That meeting was with Stephanie Mann who did a FABULOUS job determining information that needed to be added and corrected from the interview transcript. She also determined the wrong service was recommended. She was going to write an addendum to the results and get back to us by the end of the following week. That was two weeks ago yesterday. I’ve heard nothing. I’ve left 3 messages this week with no return call. In the meantime I am waiting on IAFT for my 8 yr old son and am getting ZERO assistance or updates.

WORST PLACE EVER! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH, RUDE, AND PLAIN OUT DISRESPECTFUL. THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES SO UNPROFESSIONAL. NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
