I have gone to Carolyn twice so far. She is very patient and helpful. Each visit with her, I spent 2 hours with her, and she was very patient with answering all my questions and giving me helpful advice. Carolyn has helped me tremendously as I navigate through all the paperwork required to help my mother after my father’s recent passing. She even helped me with getting on the phone with DFAS and the VA to report his death. Carolyn is very knowledgeable and is helpful with advice and giving direction. She is free of charge and is eager to help others.
