Jermel McClure is a process server who is crafty and resourceful, he was wonderful and patient with me and made sure he covered every avenue to try and get my papers served. I have been using him for years and each time he never fails to do his due diligence and get the job done. He completely covers all bases and is extremely creative. His fees are beyond reasonable and so worth it because he and his company are compassionate and reliable.

I can't begin to express my disappointment and frustration at this ridiculous excuse for a process serving company. I hired Empire State Legal Services to serve two Summons & Notices for divorce. I called three weeks later, and they hadn't even completed their attempts (5), they boast. When they finally did, I had to call for the affidavits for the unsuccessful attempts for each of the two parties. I spoke with Jermel McClure and he apologized and insisted that he had mailed the affidavits of unsuccessful attempts. He said that he would email them to me and overnight the originals to my office. Here it is three months later, I have yet to receive the two original affidavits listing the 5 attempts per the two clients. The email is not what the judge is looking for and without it, my client has to pay for a legitimate process serving company to serve their spouses, while Mr. McClure has kept my clients hard earned money undeservedly! Now Mr. McClure is failing to return my calls or acknowledge their failure to complete the job. I am filing a complaint with BBB, NYS Attorney General and since they operate in New Jersey, there as well. I am also taking him to small claims court for robbing my clients of the good money they paid for his less than professional non service! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT THE WORK DONE!! Only gave one star because you can't do minus!!! This kind of company makes other small businesses look bad!

BE CAREFUL PEOPLE!!!!!!! People please do not use this man to serve your documents. The five star reviews that are on here are created by him and his friends and as you can see J Mcclure is the man himself rating his own business. I had to call tye cops to get the affidavits. Also, he doesn't have a business at 3 Church street, this is a photo copier and printing place and the man inside said that Jermel Mcclure only has a mail box there. People do your researches before you give your hard earn money to these people. Females please do not be mislead. I emailed Jermel a day before telling him that since he refuses to mail out the affidavits I will go to his office for them, I further emailed him on the morning I planned to go for them and remind him I was coming for the affidavits 5 hours prior to, he turned up at 3 Church street without them by this time I was on the phone witty the cops. It a very long story but I just want to let people especially the females to be aware. Because the things he was saying is he wanted me to follow him for the affidavits but I wasn't stupid. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

The ONE-MAN "company" deserves ZERO STARS. Jermel McClure is the only person running the "company." It's a SCAM. All phone numbers listed for the company actually go to his cell phone. He will require money upfront and he will not actually deliver all requested services. He has no clue what he is doing in terms of a process server. He might serve notices but they will have the wrong names and typos in the documents. He WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY AFFIDAVITS. If you email the "company" he will provide a "Will Do" response, but he will never do what you are requesting even though you already paid for it. So YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A DIFFERENT PROCESS SERVING COMPANY TO PROVIDE COMPETENT SERVICE. You have been warned!!! Check out the "company's" YELP Reviews for true reviews. You will see some people have lost thousands of dollars to the "company." I wasted my time and $175 with this poor excuse of a company.

Absolute life saver! I needed court paperwork dropped off in person at the Appellate Court in Brooklyn same day. I’m in Orange County and it was impossible to do myself. They delivered my paperwork within hours and sent me back a stamped copy.

Very efficient and trustworthy!! Offered same day service on an extremely tight timeline and even physically brought necessary documents after providing service so they could be filed with the courthouse.
