I hate to even give one star to Evans Management, If I could give Zero Stars I would. I stayed under Christy and Evans Management for Eight years and it was pure hell. Christy has a nasty attitude and arrogant disposition. Slow to send maintenance and never called exterminator for our house that was full of rodents. Anytime she called it was to complain. She sent a power washer to clean the house then charged it to our rent without telling us. Not to mention he used OUR water as well! That's just half of the hell I was put through! Plenty other renters feel the same way. Anyone wanting to rent from Evans Management PLEASE RUN!!!!!!!!

I have been renting for about 6 years and this is the best rental office I have ever rented from. Owner will do anything to accommodate your needs. She is prompt with repairs. Kudos to Evans management llc!!!
