Would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Rogers is the management firm for Kirkby Lane Extension. No one there will talk to the home owners. Our subdivision was turned over to this company without our permission. We have asked to have a meeting with a Rogers representative, but we are ignored.

Another terrible HOA with unreasonable and unchecked authority, dead set on making your life a living hell. WATCH OUT- they could care less about their homeowners/residents.

I did read the governing documents and of course, the verbiage is very vague and verbose, essentially implying carte blanche authority. Nowhere does it specify the amount of notice that must be given- no protections are afforded to the actual residents that pay the dues. All homeowners can agree it’s unfair and the state legislature l should do more to regulate your authority. One can only hope that the people that run the HOA will show a little bit more humanity before making snap decisions that adversely impact homeowners. The car was not abandoned nor was it inoperable, and was on the street that I live on. However, the vehicle is now inoperable due to significant damage to suspension system because of being towed. It was swaying so dangerously that I couldn’t even get it home or to a repair shop. What initially would’ve been a relatively inexpensive body repair has now turned into several thousand dollars in repairs, and the car has been deemed totaled.

This isn’t why we pay the HOA and could’ve easily been avoided had you and your team put in an ounce of effort to contact me directly, and given more than 24hrs notice.

For added context – the car was parked at the end of the dead end street I live on in a vacant lot that neighbors use to park their cars in on a daily basis, and was completely out of sight. I needed to wait until end of month paycheck to get it repaired, and thought I was doing the right thing by keeping it out of sight since it was an eyesore.

Recommended by a friend, we worked with Rogers Property Management to rent our home fully furnished when we left to RV full time. And I cannot recommend them enough. We had a great experience with them. Debbie and her team took a load off of our minds knowing that everything was taken care of. The home was consistently rented, the tenants were always dream tenants who left no damage and whenever we had a question Debbie was super responsive. When our home had a service call Michael was communicative about the work that needed to be done. Additionally they have a team of trusted vendors that you know will give you honest evaluations and fair pricing. After renting for a couple of years we opted to sell our home and Debbie even helped us sell our home. Making the whole process so easy especially considering we were out of state at the time. If you want a company to make your rental property a set and forget experience, Rogers Property Management is the one for you.

Rogers Property Management has been out property management company for the past 2 years. Debbie Rogers takes pride in what she does, answers the phone personally, and is quick to respond to homeowners and help them with their needs. She is very present and works with homeowners. She knows HOA law and is very professional and personable.
