This company is managing the condos we own and they have dropped the ball on maintenance issues we have with 2 units. The worst part is that Chris McGriff and his associate Tina will not return my call and the receptionist has been trained to refuse to give thier email out. I specifically asked for one of them to call me on more than one occasion. Originally I was emailing a different person and she left the company and no one ever followed up on her emails. Extremely poor customer service....We need to drop them fast!
