Worthless. I highly recommend anywhere else. A rip off. Bought first time products for vaping, to the sum of 2 different charges adding up to close to $70.00, went back the next day to exchange, the canister part, because I was sold the wrong one for nicotine oil.
Bought finally, the correct one for this application, as per Beverly's, recommendation. A credit was due back as the correct canister was less than the one I took in to exchange. But they ended up charging my card again, nearly$26.00. so all total, closet to$100. With nothing that works. The new applicator doesn't work. When trying to discuss, Beverly became extremely rude and hostile, and handed the phone to her son, who was extremely condescending and disrespectful.
It was clear they were not going to make this right.
I hung up the phone telling them arguing with them was not worth it to me.
I will never go there again and honestly I hope you who do go there read the reviews first.

Let me tell you, Kim the store manager was amazing! Super outgoing and had a fun attitude when describing and showing me all the products in the store. Selection is top notch and I love that they have a back room that even offers an Oxygen bar!! On a side note I loved the hip hop music selection.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Was passing though the area and I needed a new vape battery, on my first visit I experienced great customer service and they helped me answer all of my questions and helped me find a product that was right for me. A few days later I had some issues with the product and I took it back. Kim, who I believe is the owner helped me trouble shoot and get everything back on track. Love that they help their customers even after the initial purchase is done. Would recommend!!!

The service of this place is honestly so awesome. Their selection isn't the biggest, but they have some really wonderful and unique pieces, including some sweet local stuff. The lady who owns (/manages? not sure which!) this place is an absolute gem as well, she'll go out of her way to help you find what you need!

Love this shop Both Ridgeway and Ouray have not only AMAZING items but there customer service is OUT STANDING never have I ever had a bad Experience Sam and Kim are super amazing people to be greeted by. Wish i could give more then 5 stars

WoW!! Great experience. Oxygen bar was a fun novelty and actually relaxing. Family owned and operated which is always the best!! Highly recommended stop for locals and travelers alike!!?
