I called to get a price for tax prep on a simple married, filing joint, return with no itemizing. The receptionist said they don't give prices over the phone. The price is different for everyone. I drove my info over there and walked in to a rude receptionist. She acted as if I was interrupting her entire day as soon as I walked in . She basically didnt look at what I had and brushed me away as if I were a fly. She said they don't give prices prior to tax prep and they are busy. Maybe they size you up when you walk in, maybe they charge based off your income, who knows. They way I was treated, I would never give them my business. How can you not tell someone how much you are charging for your services prior to the service? Very strange!! Don't waste your time, go somewhere else where your business is appreciated and WELCOMED! So rude!
