Idk what’s been going on the last few times I’ve been coming but these ppl really cut all my real toenails off and wanted to put acrylic on 3 of my toes and I’ve never ever had acrylic in my life. So I told him to go ahead and put acrylic on all of them. Because those 3 acrylic nails were not going to look right. Mind you that the old lady done made my real toes short and crooked as well as drilling On my skins causing it to break/bleed. The guy that took over drilled my skin too. So now it’s time for me to check out and he tells me my total is $90. What!!!! So I gotta pay for YAL mistakes? I’m telling him that I’ve never had to get acrylic and if it wasn’t for y’all cutting my toenails all the way down when I said I wanted the same design then this never would’ve happened. Never will be back. They want to do anything to your toes and expect you to walk out bloody toes and crooked toenails and not say anything. Plenty nail salon that will actually take their time. Sad part I’ve been going to this place for over 6 years. 0/10 do not recommend. They have gone downhill! With all these 1 star reviews on the pedi they should see it’s an issue with the ones that do the pedi. Especially the older lady and man. Very rough and laughing like it’s funny. My toe still throbbing from her looking over at the older man talking and drilling my skin off. They want to act like ppl trying to get over when you speak on the pain and horrible job they did. Then my niece got her toes done too and they thought this was acceptable. (Click on Pic below to see the full pic) They told me not to come back because I wasn’t willing to pay them what they asked but willing to pay for what I came in to originally get. They didn’t want to take that and simply said I wasn’t welcome to come back to the shop. Never did I get loud or disrespectful. I didn’t think it was fair for me to pay that price for them messing up my toenails. I gave them too many different chances and almost every time I still have to come back the next day or have them correct the issue before I leave. Why would I want to come back?

Mani and Pedi a week ago, was excited to get ready for my flips...Paid 50.00 to leave worse than I came. Cuticles and skin looked awful, she must have tried painting me a toenail because she came off one of them a who centimeter past the nail, the big toes looked like a 5yo had painted it..like you had hardly any paint at the base and a blob on the sides. Asked her to fix twice but she was not understanding English today. Tried to email owner to make right, heard nothing back so I'm going to share my photos ...maybe help someone else save their hard earned cash

The service was very good as far as nail salons in this area go. My daughter works as a waitress and has to wash dishes so considering the wear and tear of the job, her nails held up very well. Plus they are very versatile and great at doing more than just a regular gel set. This photo is 2 weeks out from her appointment. The cost including tip was 95. Will be back.

I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done I just moved here about a month ago and I’ve gotten my nails done twice, both experiences were great and they have great customer service. They also have amazing prices. I absolutely love this place!!!

Nails look amazing …. And sized accordingly. Pedicure was amazing also. Size and price of nails should be clearer.. but otherwise good.

Cynthia did an amazing job on my pedicure and nail dip today. She is so personable and she really does put your mind and body at ease as she works on your hands and feet. She has great energy, she takes her time to paint your toes; she does not paint your skin, and she does not put the polish on thick. She is one of the only reasons I still give Beautiful Nails my business. She is a great asset to your company.

I drive 45 minutes just to come here for servicing. Today, I received the best pedicure I’ve had in a long, long time. Cynthia really took her time servicing me and was highly professional and personable. You absolutely can’t go wrong with anyone working here, especially Cynthia and Enzel.
