Where do I start? I’ve been dealing with multiple herniated disc in my neck for over 20 years with consistent pain. I’ve been living off of epidural injections and nerve blocks for most those years. After 2 unsuccessful back fusions I swore I would never get my neck fused. It got to a point after 3 epidural shots in the past year with unlivable pain and compressed nerves that I get it done. Thank god I didn’t use my orthopedic surgeon and was recommended to Dr. Palumbo! I’m 2 months out of surgery and pain free in my neck! Every visit was never a rush, he took the time to speak with you about any concerns and had great bedside manner before and after surgery.

After visits to several surgeons and no luck with them, I took a chance on Dr. Palumbo and I wasn't disappointed. He was very Professional and a pleasure to interact with. He was my 4th doctor I tried and well worth it. My back has never felt better. He was very positive with his prognosis and made me feel the same.

I was a patient of Dr Palumbo until 2006 when I relocated to Charlotte NC. I had a lumbar Decompression @ fusion, and a Laminectomy, from start to finish before I moved from Long Island, his office have been Superb. My surgery was suppose to last 3 hours, I was in bad shape, so it lasted 8 hours. He and Dr McCormick who was his assistant, came out and informed my husband the update on why it took longer than it was suppose to. They were wonderful, me and my husband trusted him with my life and we were well pleased. I would highly recommend Dr Palumbo, he’s Kind, Patient, Professional, and if your not sureI will tell you he put me back together again so I can walk, and for that I am Tremendously grateful.

I had the honor to meet Dr. Palumbo in the ER and was blessed to have him perform my spinal fusion that I needed done. A nervous wreck, he assured me everything would be
A-OK and sure enough here I am on the road to recovery. A week ago, pain was so severe I could barely walk now I feel so much relief, yes relief! Highly recommend Dr. Palumbo for any spine issue. I'd still be waiting had I not had got the chance to see him. Thank you!!

Such a pleasant experience with Mr. Palumbo and staff. Lisa ( surgical team rep) was so caring and professional. Dr. Palumbo was spot on when he diagnosed my condition after being misdiagnosed by my orthopedic. I felt like a new person post surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Palumbo and staff.

This is the only doctor you need if you have any problems with your back. He is the only doctor with his physician assistant Christine that will help you and understand your needs and actually listen to you. I am so thankful for these two doctors. They both helped me when no one else would thankyou so much you both are the best

Basically blew me off , incorrect diagnosis, it’s fine . The two golf ball size black spots on the MRI of your brain? Nothing to worry about . Oh well guess you can’t win em all
