If we could give a 10 out of 10, we certainly would! What amazing, gracious, friendly, efficient and helpful staff from start to finish! We had the pleasure of dealing with Jimmy Sutton, who we can't thank enough! He talked with us, listened to our needs, was familiar with the Co-op development my mom lives in, found a really good plan that fit her budget - and actually saved her a few dollars in the end! We are very pleased with the service that we have received from James Sutton Agency and in particular our agent Ryan Gillies. They have saved us a substantial amount on both our homeowners and auto insurance premiums. We have the same coverage that we previously had but by shopping around (Ryan did all the work) they found us a much lower premium. Any questions or problems that I have are quickly answered by Ryan. I have personally experienced a client/agent relationship with Mr. James Sutton in two separate capacities . One as a President of a HOA in a large Condominium community and as an owner of a condominium.
Mr. Sutton is exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. He is and has been on numerous occasions accessible when needed and upon request.
