I have spoken to Christy with Environmental Siteworx multiple times on the phone since July 2021 and there has been NO productivity on my house site. There is a problem with the grading in the yard and it is pooling water towards my house, leaving water marks in my garage, which ultimately could leave damage to the house. I am extremely unsatisfied because I have been told multiple times "someone will be out later this week" yet no one shows up. Every time I call back regarding no one showing up, they always have an excuse about why it did not happen but "someone will be out next week, I'll give you a call back when I know when." I never get a call back and I try to call and get information but I get no information. Also, the voicemail box is full 1/2 the time I call and she never calls back. I have even asked to speak to another person in the company yet no one has called me back. I am very upset with this company, their lack of communication, and how long this problem has been going on and their lack of honesty about when things are ACTUALLY going to get done- if you know it will be 3 weeks, just be honest and actually state when the realistic date/time will be.
