I had a poor experience with this law firm. I submitted an online request to a specific attorney, followed up by a voicemail, and never heard from her. Two weeks later I received a phone call from a paralegal who works for a different attorney. She took my information and said she would call me back to let me know if her attorney would take my case. I never heard back. I called back next week and left a voicemail, no return call. The #1 thing I want is an attorney who will call me back and do the work. Not my law firm.

They took our retainer. And when we didn't hear from them I called several times and left voicemail. No response. We did receive the retainer back 5 months later without warning or contact

I would NOT recommend this law firm. My experience was disappointing due to a lack of organization and poor communication throughout the process. Responses were often unclear, and the firm seemed to drag their feet on key tasks, causing unnecessary delays. When it came time to finalize everything, they even made mistakes in calculating the correct distribution of funds among family members. If I had known how frustrating this would be, my family would have gone elsewhere. I hope this review helps others make a more informed choice by considering other law firms that may be more attentive and reliable.

Professional and personable. Morgan Gordon and Michael Thompson helped us negotiate ,what to us, was the complex sell of the home and land left to us by our parents. They took the time to explain all the forms. And Morgan worked realy hard to get everything finalized as quickly as possible.
I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone.

Larger firm with attorneys in multiple specialties. Lindsay Thompson & Larry Harris do great work for us in Real Estate & General Business respectively on a consistent basis. Our business has benefited by having an existing relationship with a firm that has attorneys in areas we use less often, but occasionally need. For Real Estate work Lindsay Thompson has been especially good at closing complicated matters, and is the most responsive attorney we have worked with.
