My partners and I attended an event here yesterday for the first time to introduce our business to the community - everyone was so welcoming. We met a lady from iHeartMedia and was able to speak with members of Young Professionals of Asheville, which I have been active in for some time. We were also able to have pleasant convo with all of the Chamber members. We had a great time! They had a fantastic turnout for the meeting, which even wrapped up with snacks from Duck Donuts & Pisgah and Catawba breweries! They also have plenty of parking and a Visitor Center for those looking for any kind of recs while in the area.

Can't wait to go back and see all of these lovely folks again.

Beautiful city and beautiful people! And the Chamber of Commerce visitor center should be your first stop. They gave us great ideas of places to visit that hit our areas of interest. And you can also buy a ticket on the Grey Line Hop on-hop off ticket.

We stopped to see the awareness Basilica and were told that where we parked was fine. We came back and the car had been towed. No indication that the lot bonged to z different building. We are tourists and now it is $245 to recover vehicle.

1 Star is generous, given for potential and not because it is deserved. We last visited Asheville in 2008 and we loved it HOWEVER in 2020 it is overrun with homeless people. The homeless have turned the nice public park Prichard into their own commune complete with porta potties even though they still urinate in the open. Saw that happen twice in the 2 days we were there. Businesses boarded up and neglected. Streets and sidewalks are tore up everywhere; we were told they have been under construction since February and 6 months later still a mess. Have you ever considered finishing one job and them moving onto another section? I only wish I would have taken pictures to prove this craziness. I could not recommend this trip to anyone. There are too many other wonderful cities to visit in the US. What a shame; get a grip and make Asheville great again.

An amazing building with a visitors center and gift shop. When you come in the main room you are greeted by people at the help desk, read to assist you with any question. Tour buses show up right in the back to take people on local tours and they have ample parking. Stop in if you are in the area.

With my wife being from Asheville, we wanted to move here at our time of retirement. We have now been here just less than three years and have determined that we have already grown out of it. As much as we love diversity we have come to the conclusion that downtown is somewhat offensive. It's appearance looks dirty and unfortunately on certain days the streets are lined with the homeless. As sensitive as I am to these people, it is not what I want to see when we go downtown to enjoy a dinner or a night out.
I can see that Asheville gets thousands of visitors annually, however, it would be interesting to note how many have reason to return.

The building is very nice, with wonderful views. Inside is clean with resources galore. The staff were all smiling and greeted people as they walk in door or as they passed the checkin desk.

Asheville is where I wish to relocate to. The Chamber of Commerce gave me alot of material that helped solidfy my decision. Thank you.
