I recently back in 2021 bought a retail business and wanted to have a very transparent cash register system which gives the customers and myself that confidence to shop in our place. So after a lot of research went with Swoop Business Solutions based out of Chicago which was the biggest mistake I ever did and regret it till today. Their back up support is horrible, they never respond to calls and I have had an issue with them which even after one year has not been resolved. Once you sign on the dotted line you are left to the Lord's Mercy. Please take it from my horrible experience and don't go with them no matter how enticing the offer is. You will hurt eventually. There is also a lot of traffic in the company. All in all a terrible experience and would never recommend any of family, friends and business people in the fraternity to go with Swoop Business Solutions.

This company is ultra shady. They promised me a flat rate monthly $18 fee for hardware only. Then when verbally signing a contract over the phone they mentioned hundreds of dollars worth of fees a month, I backed out before the contract was fully completed and now I’m being billed $49 a month in account fees for an account I never fully completed and have no copy of a signed contract and don’t even have any hardware to use but am still being billed. SWOOP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is super shady. Stay far far away

EDIT— now they are threatening me with some sort slander legal action with their “general counselor”

EDIT— I never COMPLETED any agreement, furthermore they never sent me the equipment so regardless I couldn’t have used their service. There are no false statements. If I had a copy of an agreement and had received the processing equipment I would have just used the service and equipment for my card processing.

No one asked about removing the review. I was left a threatening voicemail trying to force me to remove a truthful bad experience I had with this company.

Good or bad a review is a review. Business have to live with both. Threatening someone to get a bad review removed is an Unethical business practice and borders on extortion.
