This organization took over HOA fee payment receiving for Myrtle Beach Resort Ocean Front Spa condos. What a lousy organization. I went in person to pay the 1st time, they charged me the wrong amount. Another interaction via email, they never responded. A third interaction was by phone, it rolled to voicemail, and they never responded. A bunch of disorganized flunkies.

I would give no stars if I could. I met with Mike Furlani and he was rude and was very unorganized. He lost paperwork and did not file all the correct information. When I stress my concern he told me to go someplace else if I was unhappy. I emailed David Smith and explained what happen and told him how unhappy I was with the service and he NEVER responded. Don't use!
