If you want a thorough, on time, customer first experience from your accounting firm, you should probably avoid Scruggs, Ridge & Company. Communication from the firm was very poor and even then they didn't listen or follow through with our instructions. In the end when letters arrived from the State of Arkansas about non- filing (because Scruggs forgot to electronically file our return) Scruggs suggested we handle the issue ourselves. Never again will we utilize their services!!
