This is a neighborhood in Calabash North carolina. The lot sizes are nice, and many would enjoy living in this neighborhood. The community also has a swimming pool. There is easy access via highway 17 to the Myrtle Beach South Carolina area.

All I can say is that the powers at be better be listening to the homeowners and neighboring towns and NOT approve changing the zoning of the property near CVS at Calabash Rd and HWY 17 by going from commercial to residential and allowing low income section 8 housing at that intersection...there is a huge need for a shopping center there...allowing the residents of south Brunswick county to shop in NC rather then having to travel to SC to go to Walmart or Marshall's or Lowe's and Home Depot or Kohl's or TJ Maxx or Panera Bread....how far do we have to travel to go to Taco Nell or even Mac Donald's...KEEP IT COMMERCIAL and DO SOMETHING to benefit Brunswick County and NC!!!!!
