I bought a piece of land in 2018 that came with paperwork saying it had been tested for a traditional septic system by a different company. Immediately had issues getting the land to pass for over a year. Finally AWT was able to design a system for our land and we were able to get the house built. Twice now I have had issues with the septic system, no fault of AWT, one was a clogged filter and once was faulty wiring in the house itself at the circuit breaker. Both times Jeff has gone above and beyond to get me back up and running. The first time he helped me diagnose the wiring issue over the phone and through text on a Sunday. This latest time he has assisted from 5-7pm walking me through cleaning out the filter. Really couldn’t ask for better service and assistance.

I have worked with Jeff Vaughan at AWT twice now and must say I have had some of the best customer service I have ever received. The first time was when I needed an inspection for a septic system while purchasing a home 4 years ago. The inspection price was reasonable and the report was so comprehensive that I have referred to it multiple times since then.
