Had extremely poor experience. While calling these suggested an hourly charge with no discussion about minimum hours. The guy showed up for 15 mins and provided the needed input. They charged me for 1.5 hrs. Office manager gave a the reason for travel time+ documentation (I never received any). When talked with Engg. (who happens to be owner) he said there is a min of two hours. Office manage agrees that she never mentioned abt 2 hrs min and still want me to pay for 2 hrs. I have just paid and feels totally scammed. Had I known about min hours I would have researched other options. Leaving the feedback so others be cautious. Lesson learned, I would look for business with better work ethics.
