Garam Group customer service is amazing from sales to support! Alex, Michelle, Kevin and Matthew to name a few always rock it whenever we need something. They have a great support ticket system to make sure you get the attention you deserve and James the Managing Director sends regular cyber security updates to help keep everyone safe online. We just switched our phone system over using the Garam Group. It was a great experience from start to finish. Michelle was incredibly patient and really took her time understanding my office's needs. Caleb and David were extremely professional during the installation. My staff was totally impressed with the onboarding and their ability to explain. Prior to installation, Caleb spent a great deal of time with me structuring our system just how I wanted it. It has only been a couple days, but we are VERY happy so far. Looking forward to many years working together.

Garam Group/Highbridge Communications is a great company to work with. We wanted to update our phone system so we called them. Michelle was very knowledgeable with their products and explained how everything works flawlessly. She listened to our needs and provided solutions that fit our company. We felt no pressure from them to purchase. Once we decided to hire Garam Group, the install and transfer was seamless. Kevin and Sebastian walked us through everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure we knew how everything worked before they left. A few days later when we wanted to change a few things, Sebastian worked tirelessly to make sure we had what we wanted. Great company!

I switched my companies phone system to the Garam group a few month's ago. Michelle met with me and my staff a few times before and during the switch. I cannot express how amazing this woman is. We had a fantastic experience! Michelle was instrumental in helping us figure out what to keep and what to migrate in our phone system. After our previous provider failed to offer support when we needed it, we chose to go with a local company. Caleb and Alex handled the installation and transfer, ensuring everything was set up exactly how we wanted.
