Horrible, first let me say it took a year to have Bernie amend my wife & I’d 2019 tax return. Which let me tell you Bernie lost them twice. I finally just got them, and not only are the employment is reversed, he has spelt our children’s names wrong. No one from there office is returning my call since they are to busy. Be very careful dealing with this office, there errors can hurt you when IRS catches on to there issues and gives you problems. The IRS keeps incurring additional penalties since nothing has been corrected on tax return.

I have contacted the BBB this office is so very unorganized. Paperwork mishandled, 5,000.00 mistake without a callback or care. Why bother making an appointment to go over everything if it gets filed improperly. I’m flabbergasted on how a long time customer gets treated.

My wife and I used Bernie in 2017 and He did our Taxes wrong. He claimed things that we did not even have with having expenses we could not prove. We trusted him to do them the right way and he did not. We now owe $10,362 dollars because of interest. When I approached Bernie on this matter he said ' I took a shot and they got you" If he would of just did them the right way the first time we would have broken even now that I'm looking everything over. I do not recommend him and if you use him please make copies of everything and look it all over.

Bernie is both a salty character (in a good way) and one of those "salt of the earth" kind of people.

They are up front, blunt and never steer you wrong. It's always worth my 45 min drive to have them take care of my taxes every year.

Still waiting for my refund did my taxes in February its April still waiting. Cuase even though I paid the same day I had it done they never credited my payment on my file. I waited almost a month and woundered wheres my return so I called. Found out they NEVER SENT IT. They had down waiting for payment I said I paid they checked she said okay it will be sent through and hung up. FYI it was a whole month later no apology nothing. To find out a few days later she never sent it either. Cuase I didnt trust her I went down there and the women then apologizes and sent it few hours later I got a confirmed email. I BEEN WAITING THIS WHOLE TIME AND ITS NOW INCONVIENICED ME SO MUCH. I did it in february to get it back early direct deposit. Still waiting cuase there mistake. I needed that refund. It messed up my plans it wasnt just a few hundred dollars.
