Tried to get a signature notarized and it was a really bad experience. Called to ask what the requirements and wasn’t given the complete information.
There were no clear hours for this service, at 2:45 p.m. I was told the notary was leaving even though their Google listing says they are open until 6:00 p.m.

The receptionist seemed nervous and afraid to ask her boss if he could wait 5 minutes while I finished gathering the documents they required.
Total waste of my time.

Edited to add that I didn’t have my ID on me and that’s my mistake, but the fact that your hours of operation do not match what you advertise it’s clearly inconvenient and made me lose valuable time.

I have been a client of Tapia & Tapia Legal Office for 5+ years. The staff at the office is always friendly and available to answer any and EVERY question. Edward Tapia handled my immigration case, which turned out to be a bit complicated because of the nature of my application, but Mr. Tapia was always knowledgeable and resourceful. He did not leave any room for surprises as he always advised me about any possible outcomes or setbacks. He was very reassuring throughout the process so I never felt hopeless.
