Beatriz from Proactive House had worked with me once in 2021 and more recently in 3 weeks ago. She's the best!!
She understands my needs and she has a vision for the space. She taught me a lot of useful concepts and tricks about decluttering and organizing while helping me organizing my stuff in my apartment. She also understands my anxiety about decluttering and guide me through the process so I don't give up.

She works super hard! During our 4-hour session she never took a break! She's very fast in execution, and she's a great teacher! 3 years ago she helped me organized my closet with numerous stuff and taught me how to organize it, and I never regress to messiness in my closet ever since.

I have to share with you my experience with Beatriz... As Working with clients myself, I know all to well the importance of getting to know and making a connection with a client. This has actually led me to be super critical when being the customer and on the other end of the conversation. This was one of the rare times that not only was I surprised, but actually moved with how much she paid attention to every detail. Every pain point I had around cleaning, she removed and shared some of the tricks of the trade to make it easier for me to sustain going forward. The cherry on top was the fact to my two boys actually want to participate in cleaning and have fun doing it. Living in a home with a lot of family and pets, personal space is few are far between. It can feel like everyone is in one room at all times, and you can’t even hear yourself think. She was able to transform the space that we have to provide everyone with their own little sanctuary.
