I was a loyal customer and used their services for over 5 years and suddenly they stopped responding to any of my emails right before this new Tax Season. Completely ghosted me in the most unprofessional way when I have been asking for clarification on my last filing - since then I have paid $1300 in penalties to the IRS because forms were not submitted by them correctly. There are better accountants out there who are more responsive and careful with people's money.

I needed a tax professional who was geographically closer.  After searching far and wide, I found Ely at NY Tax Doctors, a division of BB Tax & Advisory.  Upon entering the Sunnyside office, I was grateful to see how it was sanitized while the quaint space was miraculously imbued with expansive sunshine the moment I sat down.  This light seemed to represent the transparency and adherence to ethics that is rare to find nowadays.  Shady practices are definitely not part of this company's tax preparation strategy.
Although this year's filing was very important to me for personal reasons, Ely made the emotional and financial task easy.  I provided an incredible amount of paperwork to corroborate everything as his questions carefully established proper compliance.  Ely very patiently responded and was incredibly meticulous and knowledgeable.  I've never experienced an electronic filing prepared in such a polished manner.  I asked to review the filing for a couple of days and could not find one mistake.  I challenge anybody out there to meet that standard of excellence.  Further, all tax preparations are checked by one enrolled agent and one CPA.  That best practice only adds an extra layer of tranquility that we all need in a chaotic world.
It has been a long time since I found an individual who I feel I can strongly recommend without reservation.   Heartfelt "thanks" Ely.

i am the lucky one. I finally found my accontants. The are real CPA not some fake ppl who pritend to be an accountant but in reality have just a slight idea on what accounting is.
