We have had the pleasure of working with ITA a couple of times for small AV upgrades to our home. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Dave is super knowledgeable and helped us make informed choices for improving our indoor/outdoor sound system, as well as helping us streamline our TV & internet electronics during a renovation. I have been dealing with Dave the owner directly for 5 years. He can do literally any AV job big or small. In the time Ive dealt with them my service has been nothing short of impeccable. Every call gets answered immediately and every issue gets dealt with. They are not a company looking to nickel and dime you to death either, they seem more focused on long term relationships. Definitely refreshing these days.

It is rare to find a company that is a "hands on" as Innovative Technologies.Todays systems are very detailed and complex and depend upon the knowledge of the installation company. What we appreciated most was that David and his crew were there when they had to be throughout the entire installation and his personal follow up after all the work was complete to make sure that all systems were functioning as they were designed to be.
