Based on my experiences with Credit Suite over the past several months I have grave concerns about their ethics and legitimacy. Their business practices include unscrupulous tactics designed to circumvent lending rules and perhaps laws, if not outright violate them.
When questioning Credit Suite representatives on specific instructions delivered by their unlicensed “advisors”, I was routinely told that a) a supervisor would respond, or b) their Partner organization would respond, which did not occur.
Even after reaching out to the Credit Suite management team including Ty Crandall my concerns remain unanswered. After several calls I was eventually connected to head of customer service Jan Leonardson, who also directed my concerns back to their business partner, without addressing or resolving my ethical or legal concerns.
Finally Credit Suite presented a live credit training event today on Facebook, hosted by Credit Suite CEO Ty Crandall who personally detailed the system Credit Suite used to stack credit card applications for credit line issuance, explaining the schemes necessity of omitting at a minimum, disclosure of simultaneous application to game the system. Once again I inquired on the live feed about the ethics and legality of the scheme, and was immediately blocked from the chat, and shortly after blocked from the event and the Credit Suite account (see screenshot image accompanying this review).
Unfortunately, Facebook has no process to report unethical or prospectively illegal content on their platform once a party is blocked, exposing other visitors to potential risk and harm.
In conclusion, based on my actual and documented experiences I urge extreme caution in any dealing with this company and its partners, affiliates and subsidiaries.

I worked with truebuild before for many years .They are very good. I actually learned a lot from them. But I heard this company is the best. I paid double what I would have with truebuild to join you guys. It has been failure so far. For last couple months, my address has Been incorrect with the secretary state of New York. Equifax address is incorrect. It has caused denials from vendors that said couldn’t verify me. I’m not asking for a refund. I put myself on this place. Will continue working with you guys but I would like advisors that are knowledgeable in Business credit. So there’s something we can work out I would appreciate it. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I hope this will get the company’s attention

My experience with Credit Suite Inc. has been extremely disappointing. I signed up for their Core Business Credit Builder package with high hopes of building business credit without relying on my personal credit. Unfortunately, the promises made by Credit Suite Inc. were not fulfilled, and the services provided fell far short of expectations.

Despite assurances that my personal credit would not be used for funding, it was utilized without my consent. Additionally, the funding amount I received was significantly less than expected, and there was a lack of transparency and communication throughout the process.

Furthermore, Credit Suite Inc. directed me to a third-party company, Capwell Funding, for assistance with securing business funding. While initial communication from Capwell Funding seemed promising, there was a lack of follow-up and support after the Bank of America card application was cancelled. Despite my attempts to reach out for assistance, I received no response or resolution from either Credit Suite Inc. or Capwell Funding.

Overall, my experience with Credit Suite Inc. has been highly disappointing, and I would caution others against using their services. The lack of transparency, communication, and follow-through is concerning, and I urge the company to address these issues to provide a more satisfactory experience for future customers.

Disappointed. Expensive program I couldn't afford with lots of hidden fees. Like charging you a portion of all the credit cards they recommend. Haven't used the service but can't cancel due to the 30 days policy. Would recommend Nerd Wallet instead. You know everything upfront with them.

I am a current member and do not recommend. My previous review has been deleted. I do not understand how or why honest reviews are deleted from Google. I expressed my concerns upon joining and my written request to cancel and to get a refund was ignored. After my first 30 days, I was told I couldn't cancel since 30 days had passed. I was never provided this information until after the first 30 days ended. I made my initial request in writing and verbally over the phone multiple times and was completely ignored as if there was no way to cancel after joining. I had high hopes for this program and initially felt like Credit Suite cared about the success of my business. After joining I was pushed into a call center environment with representatives from outside of the US. They are very dismissive, rude, condescending, and abrasive. This was not my expectation of the program. The cost of the program is not worth the investment. It's more of a bait and switch. Bureau Insights in completely useless which is an additional cost per month. I could have accomplished more continuing to watch YouTube video on Business Credit. I am extremely disappointed that I made such a large investment on something that is not helpful. Also, upon joining one of the benefits (FREE Bonus) was credit bureau data free for 90 days then then $24 a month. That program was cancelled days after I signed up and switched to Bureau Insights at $69 a month in addition to what I was already paying. Another reason I wanted to cancel. I had not budgeted for an additional $69 per month on top of what I was already paying. Again, I was completely ignored. No alternative was offered. It was more of a take it or leave it but you cannot cancel. Overall, I was misled and find no value whatsoever in this program that I am now stuck with and stuck paying thousands of dollars for. Hopefully this review will not get deleted like my first review. I'm trying to be careful how I say this but I do not believe I said anything inappropriate in my first review. I am not receiving what I paid for and I should have been allowed to cancel in my first 30-days. I paid using Credit Key which was recommended by Credit Suite (their finance partner). Supposedly Credit Key reports to but I cannot find that it is reported and no one with Credit Suite or Credit Key can tell me if and when it will be reported. It is not reflected on Bureau Insights that I or any representative can tell. This make no sense. I have no issue investing in myself or my business. But as a small business owner, I cannot afford to be taken advantaged of. For me, your program over promises and under delivers.

Do yourself a favor- don't do business with these people. If you purchase their product they immediately lock you into a contract even if you request to cancel 3 days later. Its been a nightmare so far and I'm still shocked and disappointed at how much of a hassle its been to simply refund a client who doesn't want or need your product less than 72 hours after purchasing. The worst decision I ever made was investing into Credit Suite.

Without question, the worst money I've spent on my business. If you value constant phone calls and emails with no real value behind them, maybe this is for you. But, I bought into this on promises of quickly building business credit so I could separate my business and and personal accounts.

Six months in, I’ve spent a chunk of money to complete all the things they say are critical and have nothing to show for it. The useful business credit I have is the credit I acquired on my own.

Despite what the videos state, their process takes time. After each step, things have to report to the credit bureaus. There’s no way to speed it up and I absolutely understand that it’s not the fault of this service.

While in that waiting period, I emailed several times and talked to them a handful of times. I'm not getting on the phone with them every week when there is literally nothing to do but wait. So when I logged into my account a few weeks ago to see my status as “Not responding,” I was annoyed.

My credit reports updated April 3. I uploaded them and emailed the business advisor team asking about how to unlock the next steps. I didn't get a reply. I replied to one of many marketing emails, asking for a status. I got an unhelpful reply, saying I needed to call them to talk through the next step.

So, I called them for this critical conversation that had to happen before I could start the next step in the process. I expected some kind of conversation about my business goals and objectives... but no. It was a strange, stilted conversation during which the woman opened up the next step for me. There was no point to the call, and certainly no value added. It was, without question, a waste of my time.

And I'm starting to see there's no point to the program. I'm sorry I paid for it.

I posted a similar review on another review site. Their response was to tell me I was wrong about their product and my interactions with their team and to state my business had received funding. So let me nip that in the bud. My business applied for and was offered funding before I bought the credit suite product. After it became clear I wouldn’t get a better funding offer anytime soon, I accepted the original funding offer. It had nothing to do with their product. In fact, at the point I had accepted the funding, I had not completed their oh-so-critical steps and my credit reports were not updated.
