Very poor communication after agreeing to use this guy for services. Was very eager & pushy to be paid up front, but then had excuses as for why information was uploaded or updated when he stated it would be. Had to resubmit plans multiple times to town, after rejections, due to lack of reading through and correcting plans to town specifications. Has delayed my project from starting as planned & now have to readjust scheduled time off to accommodate. Was not happy with the process and the “passive consideration” demeanor, that was given. Would not recommend or ever use again.
