In 2020 my parents hired Joseph Marino to create a living trust for them to protect their assets. They're home was placed into the trust. He charged my parents almost $6,000 and then never recorded their deed in the trust. He is avoiding emails and not responding to either my emails or the emails from my vice president of our mortgage company that Joe closes loans for from time to time. I would not trust this man was anything so important as he completely took advantage of my parents who are 85 and 82. We have gone to the court picked up papers now to file and sue him in small claims court and we have written to every board for attorneys to complain. Do not hand your money to this man

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, My father choose them to handle his estate. I don’t know where he found these clowns but if you’re trying to do estate planning do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go find a reputable estate attorney. These guys are completely unprofessional. They don’t answer their phones nor do they return phone calls. We had an appointment to meet with the power legal Jen to see my fathers wishes and we sat down stairs in a waiting room for over an hour when we had an appointment! I can write an essay on why I suggest not to use these people but long story short TAKE YOU’RE MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. Save yourself the headache.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON MAN! This con man just happens to be a lawyer. Look at his several reviews where he takes advantage of people and takes their money and then doesn’t perform services, nor does he care to communicate with his clients once he is paid. He took my money for a mortgage modification and never cared to reach out to me. I called dozens, if not hundreds of times and his assistant would always answer in a condescending manner and act as if I was bothering them. It’s a shame that this man is permitted to hide behind the title of, “lawyer” in this country while he scams the common people. He promised me that if the modification didn’t go through I would receive half of my money back and he never planned for that to happen. I hope this guy is on the news some day either in cuffs or found dead choking on a $100 bill.

After the Con Man’s response.

Now you address me, after several former clients have rated you a zero on google. We have a voice to share information about crooks like you stealing $$ from common folks. It’s not a coincidence how every negative posts is similar in that you took your client’s $$ and then were either non responsive or did not perform services.
Now that it is probably affecting your bottom line, you are choosing to respond. Pathetic excuse for a lawyer. You are the lawyer that gives all the rest a bad name. I wouldn’t be surprised if more information surfaces about this crook and it is discovered that he stole from the elderly or from poverty stricken families. He is that type of person. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS EVIL MAN! Any other lawyer would suffice. Look at his other posts. It is clear what this guys is all about.
Funny thing is, that all he had to do was return half of the $$ that was promised to me. But he was so greedy, that he had to keep the $1,750 and at least I am able to share this with my fellow citizens. If he would return the $$ to me, I would repost stating that he finally paid up. But as I said earlier, he is so greedy, that, that would never happen.
CONMAN ACTING AS A LAWYER, BEWARE!!!

I had expressed interest in getting a property grievance done. Joseph contacted me to use his firm’s services. I filled out the paperwork for him and then essentially never heard from him again. 3 emails, 4 phone calls to which his assistant answered and promised to have someone return my call, but nothing. I just received my property tax bill which showed no change in property value so either he never processed it or lost the grievance appeal and decided to just avoid me. I understand a grievance may not be worth the effort for your firm, but if that’s the case, please don’t reach out to clients for their business.
