Contacted for an estimate for security cam repair. Received an immediate response to set up an appointment. Received quote. Came to fix the issue, but it ended up being a different issue which they were able to fix right away. Great pricing. Customer service friendly. Employees are pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Clean work. Highly recommend.

MACROTECH For the Win! They did an incredible job in my home and I couldn't be happier!  When I first spoke to Juan over the phone he assured me he was going to take care of me and he delivered. Fabian and Diego did a tremendous job setting up the new network infrastructure in my home.  Also huge shout out to Abel for helping me set up the access points after the office was closed! They run their business like a family and thats how they treat their customers. 5 stars all day! If you need an office moved or you're wifi needs some help call Macrotech you won't regret it!

I live in an HOA in Suffolk County and we recently changed management companies. We are having some issues with the cameras installed by Macrotech and the owner refuses to simply provide a password for cameras we own. He says if we pay for an $80 service call that really isn’t a service call then he will help. Poor business decision.
