Phenomenal! I hired Nordic PC to help me set up my systems for my dental offices. They were very thorough with developing a quote for me that covered everything I needed including hardware, software, HIPAA compliant security systems and data back up plans. The quote was perfect, no hidden costs or surprises came up. I am thrilled to find a local company so knowledgeable about the systems I needed. They hadn't worked with the software systems I had selected for my practice, but have done the legwork to learn about and understand those softwares so that they can troubleshoot any issues I am having. For the second office, they came up with an innovative plan to connect both the offices that even my practice management software company thought was impossible. I also purchased a home use laptop from them to access the practice data that is incredible, lightning fast. I am in the process of purchasing another laptop, my husband is insanely jealous of my laptop quality, so we are getting one for him! They are quickly responsive every time I need help. I used a lot of vendors to set up the practices and Nordic is my favorite of all. For my business I use their monthly plan for maintenance, support and assistance and I find it to be a great value. I am a huge fan and can't say enough nice things about Nate, Josh, Garrett, and Thomas and Nordic PC. You should call them for your business and personal needs!

I went here this morning my computer decided to break before an important meeting at school. I was in a rush and needed a screwdriver size that I didn't have. I walked in in a hurry, unannounced, and asked if they could let me use one. Not only did both employee's stop what they were doing and help me fix my computer really quickly, they were really understanding about my situation as a student and were extremely helpful. They helped me fix my computer right in the lobby and I went on my way. Really made a stressful morning a lot less stressful. Amazing people. You don't see this level of kindness in businesses anymore!!

Had to wait a long time to talk to somebody. They weren't able to help me but gave me a good referral to someone who could. They seem to want to deal more with large clients and corporate accounts. If you're looking for a place to have your home office or home home computer, this is not your place.
