Professional and a pleasure to work with, the team at Ioncon were immensely helpful taking the time to listen to our plans, provided thoughtful feedback and delivered ahead of the planned timeline. On arrival they answered all our questions and even helped provide counsel for unrelated projects and safety concerns we had about our new home. Walking the grounds they pointed out aspects of our vision which might actually block our view and made suggestions that instead preserved and maximized it. Their communication throughout the design shared drafts that let us visualize the project and adjust based on their guidance in response to our numerous questions. Would definitely recommend working with the Ioncon team as they helped us make our loosely formed vision a meticulously detailed beautiful engineering plan which was better than we had originally envisioned.

This company is super unreliable. I relied on them to give me stamped plans for a permit I need. Hassled them for over 2 weeks just to get the contract. They Never responded to my emails, and did not follow through with what they said they would do and when they would do it. The only reason things got done was because of the nice receptionist.

I usually don't leave negative posts but I felt like I should based upon the terrible experience we have had with Ioncon. Similar story as the other recent negative posts.
Patrick came out for a site visit February 2022. He put together a list of items that needed to be monitored for a few months.... which included removing all of the leaves below our house to watch for spring/water activity. Everything he left for us to do was completed so that he could put together a plan to address our settling situation.
Now that it's time for our follow-up, I have called so many times but haven't received a single return call or email from anyone. We invested a significant amount of money for Patrick's initial site visit as well as to complete the tasks he left for us to do only to have Patrick/Ioncon abandon us and leave us hanging. If I would have known that this was going to happen, I could have saved the money that I spent with Ioncon to use with another firm.

Wasted months of our time with nothing to show for it. They had no intention of taking on our project after the site visit, but nobody bothered to tell us that for 4 months, even though I called a half dozen times over the last 2 months trying to figure out the reason for the delay. Patrick took zero accountability, just blamed their staffing situation. I would recommend going with anyone else, but it sounds like Ioncon is such a dumpster fire right now that you probably couldn't schedule something through them if you tried.

If there’s one thing that I can say about Ioncon, it’s that they put their customer’s best interests first. I worked for a foundation repair company that advised customers to have Patrick come out and advise them on their foundation issues. He always approached the job with their best interests at heart, and with their wallet in mind. I wouldn’t call anyone else in the high country with my engineering needs but Ioncon. No doubt.

Looks like these folks are not taking on new business. Maybe recommend others that could help or get off Google to not be found..
