My initial meeting with Kika was very positive! She was very hands on and willing to explain my options in detail...and most importantly she really seemed to care!

Unfortunately Kika and company has dropped the ball. They were late with my business filings and will not reply to our emails. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable.
