The experience with Trinae has been less than ideal. I asked about the status of a tax amendment, and I was told by her to wait until Sept 15. After not hearing anything from them, I reached out to which she mentioned that I have to wait until Oct 15. Mid Oct I have to reach out again and I asked to at least be notified if there was a delay or what to expect. She didn't reply, and during one meeting to talk about taxes, I kindly mentioned my expectations and she got upset and annoyed at me, telling me that if I didn't like the way they operated I was more than welcomed and she would refund me the money ($600). After further consideration I told her that I didn't feel comfortable working with her and that I wanted the money back as she mentioned, but she retracted and denied the refund. We tried to reach out to Ronald, but he's been ignoring our attempts to figure out a solution. The treatment that we've received has been unprofessional and nothing close to what we expected for a CPA firm.
