Had a dispute with the IRS on an apparent debt from two years ago. I was very concerned when I saw the rating of the debt collection agency that I was going to be dealing with. But to my surprise, my agent was very pleasant and helpful in assisting me with how to dispute the claim (what form and where to mail, what to do when no response was supplied) and never hounded me like I would have expected. Ultimately with her assistance I was able to successfully dispute the IRS from a three digit penalty down to a single digit. Never thought I'd give a debt collector a 5 star rating.

These are the most incompetent debt collectors I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to pay my debt for months and they somehow can’t figure out how to charge a bank account on their end. To do anything you have to spend 45 minutes on the phone because their online payment window is 20 years behind and has never worked once in the last 6 months. I’m not going to do a 45 minute phone call every month. Fix your god forsaken online payment system. Better yet delete your entire website and hire someone with a brain to make it somewhat modern. These people are hands down the most incompetent group of debt collectors on the planet.

Extremely incompetent and unprofessional. Cannot talk to the person that was handling my ALLEGED tax dues (I pay my taxes timely and in full all the time). We dealt with this a year ago, and I thought the issue was resolved. 12 months later, they send me letters ON THE SAME ISSUE, asking the SAME QUESTIONS I answered 12 months ago. I sent them a 111 package with all my transcripts and tax payments. They either lost it or did not bother to read it when I sent it to them. Sheer incompetence and waste of time for all parties involved and taxpayer's money. I urge the IRS to change contractors for collection procedures immediately. They do not deserve the one star I gave them, but I had to gave them one so that I could post my review.

These reviews for this collection agency are as correct as they come. The best they could do for me is $450 a month. Not sure what they're smoking to come up with these numbers. If I had an extra $450 a month of extra disposable income I wouldn't be in the situation I'm in. The only conceivable way to make that work would be for me to cancel anything extra ciriucular I do outside of work, and even then I'd still struggle to pay for food for the week.

I'm better off letting my wages get garnished.

The employees should feel bad that this is the line of work they choose to do. An absolutely repulsive, and shady company.

This company called my workplace, which has several phones which anyone can pickup at anytime and listen to anyone else’s conversations. They then asked SOME RANDOM PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE IF THEY CAN VERIFY MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and other PII. This company is WILDLY unprofessional. I get that debt collections can be a difficult business, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to be throwing around PERSONAL information. Definitely investigating them now.

Tax scam. Do not give your information to them. We received a notice tax past due today. What? Have proof taxes were filed and accepted. Furthermore have proof the money went out. They mailed this notice prior to taxes due. Good grief

***TAX SCAM*** Was just sent a letter by this "company" stating that I owe unpaid back taxes from 2020- no specified amount. I have never been delinquent. This is FRAUD and will be reported to the IRS!

Very shady, not even sure if this is a legit business. The person said he had to transfer me, then came back on the line after and said we'll I will take care of you. When I asked to verify who I was he got upset and said he could not. It was against regulation and was very toxic over the phone.
