Would not recommend this company. I always go with veteran owned businesses. My grandfather was a Purple Heart ww2 vet. My husband and father are vets and my son is currently serving in the Middle East. This business gets a star for that alone. After first contact with a very nice front desk person she told us It would be 2 weeks after we put 1/2 of the charge down that they would start on our project after three weeks they called us and requested money so they could start. We paid and after three months and many calls and even visits our survey was still not complete. After completion they told us they would take It to the county for approval. It took them one week and many wild excuses to drive It to the county for approval. This was a ten min drive from their office. We paid in full a week and 1/2 before the county received It. The easement on the survey was incorrect for the project we were doing. So they had to redo It. They were unaware of the county rules and regulations. That was $500 for them to correct that and took them 5 weeks to do that. Then I did not trust them to take It to the county in a timely manner so did It myself and paid the fees they already charged me for because at this point I just needed It done. They did not know the rules of mixing wet signatures with computer ones and that took 2 weeks and many trips and phone calls to get that done. I tried several times to contact owner. Never did get in touch with him. No need to drive far and wide for a Circus. You can hire this company.

It's weird I see the reviews about no call backs and/or not interested in quoting jobs since someone almost ran me off the road on Highway 50 Benson tonight. Seemed like he was in a hurry to/from a job in a company vehicle. I sure won't be using them, ever. Wish I could give 0 stars!

I was referred to this company by a contractor friend of a friend they do surveys for for a residential fence survey of less than a half acre, who swore they were reasonable and did good work, as I was discussing with him my fence plans. I called on a Wednesday, gave information and was told I would get a call back soon. That Friday I called again, spoke to same person, and then she says that sometimes it takes a couple days for someone to call back. Never heard from them so the following Thursday I called again and asked if my area simply wasn't serviced and maybe that was why I'd not heard from anyone yet. This was the same woman I'd spoken with the previous two times and she seemed annoyed that no one had called me and assured me I was well in their service area. She took my info for a 3rd time and said she was physically walking it to the necessary people. I told her I just needed an estimate and she said she doesn't have access to that info. She promised she or someone would call me back shortly...surprise; no call back. I called again the next day to now express my frustration, a different female voice this time who put me on hold for 3 minutes so I hung up. A minute or so later a phone call came from a different number but I answered. She identified herself as the woman I'd just spoken with and told me she was having a man do the quote right while I was on the phone and why I was on hold for so long. The quote? $700!! That's twice what every other survey company has quoted and it took over a week to get that info. Even if it was a price that made sense, I would not ever use this company and would strongly suggest to others that they avoid them. I don't know if they priced themselves out of my job on purpose, or what, but if they were too busy or my job was too small they should just be honest. For anyone who uses them, I hope your experience is better than mine.

Called over a week ago, the guy was real nice said that they probably wouldn't get back to me the next day but the following day after that I waited a couple days then call them back again told the same guy that nobody ever contacted me and he said quote the guy never contacted you well he's gone tonight I'll make sure he calls you first thing tomorrow that was probably at least 4 days ago so apparently they don't need the money or they just like lying to their could be customers so I just talked to the lady and I told her not to worry about it that I'll be hiring somebody else because even if they're willing to do it today if they say that they probably won't so I'm going to find somebody else
