I have lived in this building since 1978. We own the largest unit. And it have seen it go from an average rental run very loosely to a Co-Op where the tenant owners take pride in their building. From where it was to where it is, is a long way. Sure the taxes and maintenance could be a lot less but hey .... Tuckahoe is a "hip" place to live now !!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
