I joined The Tax Advisory Group with Ken Dillenbeck and Steven Tillinghast this September. I came to them in a panic about my financial situation and I am so happy I chose them after finding their firm online.

Being fairly new to Port Washington and a senior with little financial knowledge or expertise, I was worried a) about feeling less informed than I knew I should be and b) not knowing if Mr. Dillenbeck and I would develop a good relationship.

What an immediate comfort he was to me. When I first called him with my concerns, Mr. Dillenbeck had such a soothing manner over the phone, telling me that everything would be all right. He quickly set up a meeting with me in his office and patiently went through all my concerns and questions, letting me know how he was going to handle my situation. He introduced me to Steve, who has the same warmhearted personality. We met two times within a week, plus a phone call in-between. I am so grateful for his warm, calm and excellent guidance.
