It was a pleasure working with Savannah. She is a very personable and knowledgeable realtor. She listened to our needs and advised us what would be the best course to take. So with that said we had one open house and the first woman that saw the house literally fell in love with it.

There are truly not enough good things to say about Savannah. My husband and I are first time homebuyers, and Savannah was amazing throughout our entire process, which was not always smooth! If you want your real estate transaction to go the best it possibly can, Savannah is the agent you want!!! She is so professional, incredibly knowledgeable of her industry, always available for questions or concerns, and will get you the outcome you desire! I cannot say enough good things about her! In this latest transaction, she acted as our selling agent, and with the help of her incredible strategizing, we got nearly $30k more than what we set as our goal price for our house… it went for more than $62k over asking!!! Could not recommend Savannah enough. She's extremely smart, responsive and will go the extra mile for her clients. Savannah is the best real estate agent we could have asked for. She was always available and worked so hard to make sure we ended up buying our dream home! It was a long process for us and even when our hopes were down, Savannah had a positive attitude and encouraged us to keep going. During the closing process, there were many small issues that needed to be addressed with the bank, the attorneys and the house we were buying. Savannah was right on top of things the entire time, answering immediately and doing whatever she needed to do to make sure we closed on our house in a timely manner. While we had our frustrations with some of the parties we worked with, we had absolutely no regrets over choosing to work with Savannah for our first home purchase. We highly recommend Savannah’s services and we think she is an absolute rockstar of a real estate agent!!
