I participated in a focus group with Sylver Consulting. The whole process went very smoothly and professionally. When it came time for the live event, it was handled well, no tech hiccups or anything. It was moderated well and interesting. I would participate in events run by Brianna and her team again.

This is also the parent company of Field Voices. They need to work on their process. They setup studies without clearly specifying what kind of participation they expect from you. They pay late and if the payment is not received, you contact them only to find out that they think your participation is not enough and they decided not to pay you. There is no communication from them about payment unless YOU contact them. I had to argue with them over email back and forth for a measly $30 and they ended up paying me only half of it. They are cheap, unprofessional and they lack the right skills and process in conducting studies. There are way too many other focus group companies, there is absolutely no need to work with Field Voices hence with Sylver Consulting.
