Mike and his team have done a great job for us. He handled our office build out as well as a kitchen remodel at home. He was easy to work with, had great ideas and knew how to steer us clear of pitfalls throughout the process. He helped us coordinate with contractors and moved the process along. Architect was supposed to design a small bathroom and instead he designed and bathroom the size of our current kitchen.

I had to hire a second architect to convey what we need, we run the idea by him, and instead of help us, he sent us to collections.

This firm is well respected among the City inspectors I've dealt with; we've had no issue getting plans approved or work done in accord to pass. Do NOT use this man. He will totally take advantage. We paid this chump $5000 for a 700 sq foot addition. Unreal. Even the building inspector told us this man ripped us off. He charges “by the hour” so who really knows where he gets his figures from. Then the contractor and the building inspector both said the beams and things he said were necessary were totally unnecessary and just cost us more money. Do not waste your time with this guy. He’s a snake for sure.
