Found Chris here on google and have used his services to inspect a house that we purchased in 2022. He took his time and did not rush us as we were going through everything. I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris for a structural assessment, and I am compelled to commend his exceptional service. From start to finish, Chris exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, his flexibility accommodating my tight schedule was appreciated, as he was able to arrive same day following my call. I had multiple technical questions that he took the time to address each of them, accurately and with great detail. The comprehensive final report was provided much quicker than expected. The report was extremely comprehensive and included clear and concise explanations including photos. His knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism was apparent during the assessment and reflected in the report. I wholeheartedly recommend South Bay Engineering for any structural assessments, blueprint drafting and/or achitectual needs.

My husband and I recently bought our first home and needed some structural guidance in regards to future construction projects in our home. Chris did a structural inspection for me this morning and went above and beyond inspecting a house we had an offer on. We have some failing pipes in our home we purchased one year ago that an inspection would.not have detected living on a slab. I contacted Chris at South Bay and he walked our property and inspected inside as well. He made some informed suggestions and was able to provide very quick service and he happens to be a very professional and knowledgeable gentlemen. We are very grateful !
