I called for consultation and was told an accountant would call me back "today or tomorrow" to schedule a consult appointment at an hourly rate. No call after 8 days, so I called again. After 11 days total, they called to say they would not provide consultation without a commitment to additional services ("starting at $800"). Poor communication and conflicting information. Would not recommend.
