I run a small business (7 team members) which offers a 401K as a benefit to all of them. When I took over I did not know much about the current plan but as time went on I thought I would look into finding a fiduciary financial advisor to make sure our current 401K plan administration is maximizing and looking out for our team’s future. After speaking more with Andrea she recommended changing our plan administers which would cut our fees to our team by over half – a HUGE savings!
